Located adjacent to a wide fronted 1920s house and heritage asset in a conservation area setting, our proposals aim to deliver a carefully considered context-led approach. The new dwelling is designed to read as an estate pavilion in the gardens, taking cues from the main house while being distinctive and contemporary in detail.
