This project is a replacement dwelling within the Mow Cop green belt. The existing property is two storey stone cottage on sloped site on the western slopes of the settlement. Our proposals retain parts of the cottage, while adding a new wing and joining with a new slate roof.

In the landscape a family lawn, terrace and parking areas are stitched into the retained trees and wild landscape. Our aim is to provide a high quality family dwelling which is contextual in form and materials while being contemporary in detail and fenestration proportions.
