The project involves the demolition of an existing two storey building and the construction of two contemporary townhouses. Private and visitor parking is provided in a landscaped forecourt. The three storey development features distinctive twin gables and projecting rectilinear bay windows.

The design is aligned to Trafford LPA’s emerging Design Code, in order to provide a design which is influenced by the local context both in roof form and materiality. Red brick, red cast stone and grey aluminium details are the primary external materials.
